The following credit cards are accepted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carte Bleue<\/li>\n<li>Visa Card<\/li>\n<li>Eurocard\/Mastercard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Online payment by credit card is processed through a secure system that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. At no point during the transaction <i>ANTILLA and Concept CV <\/i>do not have access to bank account information.<\/p>\n<p>The customer's bank account will be debited 4 days after the order date, and the order will be considered finalized once the bank's payment processing centers have confirmed approval. If the bank declines the transaction, the order will be automatically canceled.<\/p>\n<p>The prices of products sold on the website are listed in euros, including all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping fees (see the \u00abShipping Costs\u00bb section).<\/p>\n<p>No order will be shipped until full payment (including shipping costs) for the merchandise has been received. The products remain the property of ANTILLA until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n<p><i>ANTILLA <\/i>reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed (subject to availability).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2<\/strong>\u00a0The customer has a 14-day cancellation period, starting from the date of receipt of the product, to return any product that does not meet their expectations. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the period expires on the next business day. To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition and complete, including the original packaging.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise this right of withdrawal, the products must not have been unpacked. Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded; the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).<\/p>\n<p>Returns should be sent to: <i>Concept CV, 7 Rue Paul Gauguin, 97232 Le Lamentin, Martinique<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3 <\/strong>If a product is defective or does not match the order, the customer may return the product within 7 days of the date of receipt to the address listed above, noting any damage or discrepancies on a copy of the delivery slip. In this case,\u00a0<em>ANTILLA<\/em>\u00a0will endeavor to replace the defective or non-conforming product. If this proves impossible, a refund for the order will be issued. Subject to verification that the claim is valid, the costs of return shipping and reshipment will be borne by\u00a0<em>ANTILLA.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4 <\/strong>Refunds under the circumstances described in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 above will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the products by <em>ANTILLA<\/em>, subject to any additional time required by the product\u2019s supplier or manufacturer in the event of a claim regarding a defect or non-conformity in the product. The refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used for payment. The time it takes for the bank account to be credited depends on the type of card the customer has: for an immediate-debit card, the checking account is credited within 3 to 8 days, depending on the bank; in the case of a deferred-debit card, the credit will appear under the same conditions as those for standard deferred debits. If the refund takes longer than expected, the customer is strongly advised to contact their bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.5<\/strong>\u00a0It is noted that, in any event, the customer is covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 211-4, L 211-5, and L 211-12 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.6<\/strong>\u00a0If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email or phone regarding the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of the order.<\/p>\n<p>If the payment (debit) has already been processed, the amount corresponding to the unavailable item will be refunded. An email will be sent to the customer regarding this matter. Shipping costs are detailed in Article 9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 4: Terms and Conditions of Sale for ANTILLA Publications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers can purchase individual issues of ANTILLA\u2019s various publications online. They can also subscribe to the weekly magazine.\u00a0<em>ANTILLA<\/em>, either in print or in its digital version (PDF).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.1 Single-Issue Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 above apply to the sale of ANTILLA publications on the antilla-martinique.com website.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Article L121-20-2(5) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines. Article 3.3 therefore does not apply to ANTILLA\u2019s publications.<\/p>\n<p>Print publications are shipped in accordance with the terms set forth in Articles 3.7 and 3.8.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The digital (PDF) edition of ANTILLA is available for viewing one day after payment is made<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Shipping charges are detailed in Article 9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2 Subscription-Based Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>ANTILLA<\/em> offers two subscription options for the weekly magazine on its website<em> ANTILLA<\/em>, in print or digital format.<\/p>\n<p>Details about each offer (price, duration, etc.) are available on the website.<\/p>\n<p>You have two options:<\/p>\n<p>Print subscription: Refers to a subscription to the print edition of the magazine.<\/p>\n<p>Digital Offer: Refers to a subscription to the digital edition (PDF), provided that the customer provides us with a valid email address<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.1  Print Subscription:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.1.2<\/strong> One-year subscription:<\/p>\n<p><em>ANTILLA<\/em> offers a one-year subscription for 150 euros, including tax (VAT at 1.05%). Payment is made in a single installment on the website. This subscription can be paid for by credit card or check only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.1.3<\/strong>\u00a0Deadlines, temporary address changes, subscription suspension:<\/p>\n<p>The delivery schedules and times for subscribers to ANTILLA's print publications are those typically followed by the postal service.<\/p>\n<p>While on vacation or traveling, subscribers may have their newspaper forwarded by providing ANTILLA with their temporary address and the dates of their absence at least 10 days before the effective date of their change of address. Subscribers may also suspend their subscription. Address changes and subscription suspensions must be requested by the subscriber via email sent to <a href=\"mailto:philippepied@gmail.com\">philippepied@gmail.com<\/a>or by phone at the following number: 0696732626.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.1.4<\/strong>\u00a0Failure to pay:<\/p>\n<p>If a payment is declined or a payment is past due, the subscription will be suspended until the issue is resolved. The customer will then be notified of the suspension of their subscription.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.2 Digital Edition Subscription:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>ANTILLA<\/em> also offers a subscription plan for the digital edition at a flat rate of 110 euros (including VAT at 1.05%)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This annual subscription requires a one-time payment by credit card at the time of sign-up.<\/p>\n<p>The digital edition is available the day before the print edition is published, which is Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>End of the subscription: At the end of this subscription period, it is not automatically renewed, but <em>ANTILLA<\/em>\u00a0will be able to contact the subscriber by any means to invite them to renew their subscription and present them with new subscription offers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.3<\/strong>\u00a0Failure to pay:<\/p>\n<p>If a payment is declined, the subscription will be suspended until the issue is resolved. The customer will then be notified of the suspension of their subscription.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 5: Newsletters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You may opt out of receiving the Antilla newsletter at any time, free of charge, by clicking the \u00abunsubscribe\u00bb link included in each email.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 6: Liability and Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The products offered for sale comply with current French law.<\/p>\n<p><em>ANTILLA<\/em> shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the laws in effect in countries other than France (Martinique) where the items will be delivered or used, if applicable. It is therefore understood that it is the customer\u2019s responsibility to verify, with the relevant local authorities, whether the ordered items may be imported or used.<\/p>\n<p>ANTILLA shall be liable only if\u00a0<em>ANTILLA<\/em>\u00a0has failed to fulfill one of its obligations, causing direct and certain harm to the customer. The customer may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of such data. The customer may object, without providing a reason, to the use of their data for marketing purposes, particularly commercial marketing.
