We are all responsible for the lifestyle that determines our well-being. The fable of the grasshopper and the ant shows us that every choice has consequences. While  the ant works  tirelessly all summer to prepare for winter, the grasshopper does nothing but sing.  When winter arrives,  the ant has enough to<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> treat<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> with his family, while the cicada <\/span><span class=\"s5\">has nothing to eat. What does she do? She asks the ant to give her something to eat, the ant to give her <\/span><span class=\"s5\">reply<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, you used to sing during the summer, \u00abWell, dance now!\u201d<\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u00bb\u2026<\/span><span class=\"s5\">It's kind of sad<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> but this fable justifies the title of the debate in question, \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Every choice has consequences<\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\"><span class=\"s5\">One can choose to be dishonest in business<\/span><span class=\"s5\">,<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> for example <\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u2019s\u2019\"<\/span><span class=\"s5\">to buy something of value <\/span><span class=\"s5\">and not pay <\/span><span class=\"s5\">pay bills on time<\/span><span class=\"s5\">. D<\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u2019on the other hand<\/span><span class=\"s5\">,<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">\u00ea<\/span><span class=\"s5\">to be<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> being negligent in marriage, being lazy in one's studies<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> (it's not <\/span><span class=\"s5\">obvious<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> \u00a0from <\/span><span class=\"s5\">carefully prepare for schoolwork);<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> to be an alcoholic<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> without being able to control themselves;\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s5\">to be addicted to cigarettes<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, smoking two or three packs a day<\/span><span class=\"s5\">.  I suppose that by devoting oneself to <\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u00e0<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> drugs<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> we forget<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> temporarily<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">life's obligations<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, it becomes a problem when...<\/span><span class=\"s5\">urges the <\/span><span class=\"s5\">In reality, then,<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">We'll have to pay for it sooner or later.
