Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif de Martinique, Serge LETCHIMY de mettre en place une<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>conf\u00e9rence \u00e9largie sur le foncier en Martinique<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>et une mission d\u2019Etat<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"color: #000000;margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;text-align:
