He holds a doctorate in international law from Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne and is a graduate of University College London and Harvard; he regularly appears in national and international media to discuss strategic issues with significant political implications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"988\">As President of the Transatlantic Forum and the Aviation Law Committee of the IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association), he is also a certified international mediator in the fields of commerce and aviation.
