First prize was thus awarded to Sarah Fuqaha, a student at Bellevue High School, for an essay titled \u00abC\u00e9saire Will Always Be Loved\u00bb; a piece in which the young woman describes and comments on a tribute paid to the champion of N\u00e9gritude by students at the high school (see text).<\/p>\n
