Aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019abandon, le b\u00e2timent fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un projet ambitieux de r\u00e9habilitation, port\u00e9 par la SOAME dans le cadre du Plan d\u2019action C\u0153ur de Ville et du Nouveau Programme de R\u00e9novation Urbaine.<\/p>\n

L\u2019objectif : transformer ce lieu historique en un espace vitrine de l\u2019excellence martiniquaise, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019artisanat d\u2019art, \u00e0 la culture et \u00e0 la gastronomie locale.<\/p>\n

Ce lieu embl\u00e9matique du centre-ville s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 entamer un nouveau chapitre de son histoire.<\/p>\n
