{"id":93048,"date":"2026-07-25T17:53:22","date_gmt":"2026-07-25T21:53:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/antilla-martinique.com\/?p=93048"},"modified":"2026-07-25T17:53:25","modified_gmt":"2026-07-25T21:53:25","slug":"preavis-de-greve-du-personnel-edf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/antilla-martinique.com\/en\/preavis-de-greve-du-personnel-edf\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of a strike by EDF employees."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document\u2014below\u2014is a <strong>strike notice<\/strong> filed by the <strong>Martinique Energy Trade Association (CSEM-CGTM)<\/strong> To the attention of the Director of EDF Martinique, <strong>Pierre Bernard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The union is filing, pursuant to Article <strong>Article L.2512-1 of the Labor Code<\/strong>, a strike notice covering <strong>all EDF Martinique employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Start of the notice period:<\/strong> July 29, 2026, at 12:00 a.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> until <strong>Through September 23, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Option to renew<\/strong> if the demands are not met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main Demands<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The union is demanding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>An official, written commitment from the CEO of EDF SA<\/strong> not to implement <strong>none of the recommendations in the Court of Auditors' report dated July 17, 2026<\/strong> that would affect employees' group benefits, <strong>including the agent rate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>The reestablishment of the QUATREM Monitoring Committee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Signatory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mickael AGRICOLE<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the <strong>CSEM-CGTM<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fort-de-France, July 23, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Issue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This notice does not mean that a strike will continue throughout this entire period.
