JustCover, an Irish travel insurance company, says it analyzed more than one million online travel reviews to see how often travelers used words expressing genuine happiness when describing attractions in 155 destinations around the world.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After combining the results to calculate a \u00abPlace of Happiness\u00bb score out of 100, Soufri\u00e8re, in Saint Lucia, scored 95.2. This ranks it second among the destinations where travelers reported feeling the most joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Soufri\u00e8re is home to one of the Caribbean\u2019s most iconic sites: the Pitons. These imposing volcanic peaks are designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and rise along the southwestern coast of Saint Lucia. The town also provides access to Sulphur Springs, the only volcano in the Caribbean that can be reached by car, where visitors can enjoy the famous mineral mud baths.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to its natural attractions, Soufri\u00e8re offers a wide variety of water activities, such as snorkeling near the Pitons, as well as land-based excursions like ATV rides. Its renowned resorts and these attractions have made this town one of St. Lucia\u2019s most popular tourist destinations for years.<\/span><\/p>\n
