Pursuant to the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 15, 2025, the partners resolved to appoint, effective today, to replace Mr. Jean-Yves FACELINA, who has resigned from his position as Manager, 3L IMMO, a simplified joint-stock company, with its principal place of business located at Lotissement 360 rue Moreillon Ext B Les Terres Basses – 97150 SAINT-MARTIN, registered with the Basse-Terre Commercial Register under number 915 403 430, represented by its Chairman, Mr. Jean-Yves FACELINA.
