This document—below—is a strike notice filed by the Martinique Energy Trade Association (CSEM-CGTM) To the attention of the Director of EDF Martinique, Pierre Bernard.

The union is filing, pursuant to Article Article L.2512-1 of the Labor Code, a strike notice covering all EDF Martinique employees.

    • Start of the notice period: July 29, 2026, at 12:00 a.m.
    • Duration: until Through September 23, 2026.
    • Option to renew if the demands are not met.

    Main Demands

    The union is demanding:

    — An official, written commitment from the CEO of EDF SA not to implement none of the recommendations in the Court of Auditors' report dated July 17, 2026 that would affect employees' group benefits, including the agent rate.

    — The reestablishment of the QUATREM Monitoring Committee.

    Signatory

    • Mickael AGRICOLE
    • For the CSEM-CGTM
    • Fort-de-France, July 23, 2026

    Issue

This notice does not mean that a strike will continue throughout this entire period. It constitutes a legal framework allowing the union to call for coordinated work stoppages between July 29 and September 23, 2026, while continuing to press EDF’s national leadership on the implications of the Court of Auditors’ report and the preservation of employees’ social benefits.
