From January 21 to 26, 2025, Haiti will host the 6th edition of the «Festival entènasyonal literati kreyòl.» Organized by the FEL association, this year’s festival will revolve around the theme: «Pou yon kreyolofoni syantifik ak yon kreyolofi literè fètefouni» (Toward a well-established scientific and literary Creole-speaking community). This year, the festival honors writers Michel Ducasse of Mauritius, Serge Madhère, and Lyonel Desmarattes of Haiti.
